The game is set in a nation that has been brutally ravaged by the plague, lying in ruins. In this land of misery, the female protagonist, a plague doctor, takes on the crucial task of seeking the truth. As her investigation progresses step by step, she will gradually unveil the world’s hidden truths concealed beneath layers of fog, and confront all kinds of monsters as well as the naked and disgusting malice emanating from humans along the way. This malice is like sharp arrows lurking in the darkness, stinging her heart time and again, yet it also spurs her to march more resolutely towards the truth.
